I don't know about Denso, but NGK already coats their threads with something so that anti-sieze isn't required and says so in their instructions . The spark plug torque for the 1GR and 2TR is 18 N*m/13 ft*lb and there is no mention in the FSM for anti-seize (other than what might be on them from Denso and NGK).
